In considering any major project initiative, there are usually a number of areas that must be addressed in order to scope out the size of the project, to understand and define its constituent elements, to mark out the range of its areas of focus and concern, and to set out the scale of ambition envisaged. The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation is seeking tenders for a scoping document which will examine options and make recommendations on how best to address a number of specific points so that the National Design Centre will achieve its objectives.
