COMMERCIAL OBJECTIVE
To continue to develop the series of Whitenoise publications, promoting the studio and providing a non-commercial platform for our design talent. Additionally, to act as a showcase of typical client projects completed in the last 12 months.
DESIGN OBJECTIVE
Book 5’s unifying theme is identity, both real and perceived. Each designer’s section and a selection of live client projects provide the reader with an overview of the studio’s development at a given point in time.
DESIGN THEME
Upon inspection of the club and its facilities and setting, the decision was made to allow photography to be the primary ‘pull’ with a very clean, minimalist design style using blacks, silver metallics and spot UV varnishes.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Friends, enemies, family, associates, mates, hangers-on, competitors, clients, publishers, editors, aunts and uncles, mums and dads, teachers and students, everyone, including ourselves.
JURY COMMENTS
The jury liked that it was a story about the agency and the work they are doing. Nothing is the same. It does not have just one graphic language – so very appealing and ensures you read it all.
