How to Enter
STEP 01:
Complete the online entry form.
Once we have received your online entry form you will receive your unique entry code.
STEP 02:
If you are not a current IDI member complete the membership application form and send it along with a cheque for your membership fee and your awards entry fee clearly marked with your unique entry code to arrive no later than 4pm on Friday 10th September 2010.
If you are a current IDI member, send your entry fee, clearly marked with your unique entry code to the IDI to arrive no later than 4pm on Friday 10th September 2010.
To pay your entry fee by Credit Card please call Ailbhe in the IDI office on 01 4893650 and have your unique entry code at hand.
STEP 03:
If you wish to submit supporting samples (DVD, Products, Printed Materials etc.) with your entry, these must but delivered to the IDI clearly marked with your unique entry code to arrive no later than 4pm on Friday 10th September 2010.
THE FOLLOWING ADVICE SHOULD BE FOLLOWED:
Entrants are encouraged to submit samples or products for inspection by the jury (these items may also be used in the exhibition and must be available to travel post-awards for a period of one year). These samples must be submitted to the IDI by the closing date and be clearly marked with your unique entry code. You will receive a unique entry code once you complete the online entry form.
Each entrant must complete the entry form correctly. No entrant or company names responsible for the entry should appear on the PDF.
Only short 1 to 2 minute videos (VHS or DVD) or animations (MPEG) will be considered by the jury (longer videos/DVDs will not be viewed).
PC formatted CDs will be acceptable for multimedia entries.
Websites should be supplied as URLs (these will be judged online).
ENTRY DEADLINE / DROP OFF POINTS
ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4PM ON 10TH SEPTEMBER 2010, INCLUDING YOUR ONLINE ENTRY PDF / JPEG, ANY SUPPORTING SAMPLES AND THE CHEQUE FOR THE ENTRY FEE WHICH SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESSES BELOW.
Samples can be submitted to the IDI Office in Dublin.
Please contact us directly concerning the submission of any large samples
(i.e. 60x60x60cm).
