Design Summer Sessions 2024

The Design Summer Sessions is an online three-day festival of learning for creative minds to:

• Re-energise, connect and share
• Reboot their creative practice and business skills
• Hear from leading Irish and international designers and subject-matter experts in a wide range of matters relating to design.

All Design Summer Sessions are short, online sessions for our members to reconnect with their joy of design, consider their career progression, enhance their business skills and an opportunity to connect with their community. 

Come together with designers from diverse backgrounds and at various stages of their careers to get inspired, upskill and learn from subject-matter experts and leading design professionals discussing design trends, practice, thinking, processes, areas of expertise, useful tips and tricks in their fields, creative programmes and initiatives and build industry connections.

From Design Leadership, toolkits to help you Scale Up your Creative Business and Build your Business Brand to enhancing your career in UX to Showcase of Sustainable Solutions; there is a session tailored to every design discipline and career level!

The Design Summer Sessions are complimentary to current members of IDI working in the private or commercial semi-state sector and based in the Republic of Ireland. Non-member tickets may be purchased at €10 per session.
